BPM Signs Licensing MOU with South Korea’s Boditech Med to Integrate DNlite-IVD103 into POCT Platforms

Bio Preventive Medicine Corp. ("BPM") announced on May 9, 2024, that it has signed a licensing Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with South Korea's Boditech Med Inc. (Boditech). The agreement licenses DNlite-IVD103 to the Korean partner for integration into Point of Care Testing (POCT) products, targeting the massive disease management and remote care opportunities presented by the global population of over 500 million diabetic patients.

BPM's flagship DNlite-IVD103 is the world's first diagnostic test applied to the precision management and prevention of rapid renal decline in Diabetic Kidney Disease (DKD). By detecting changes in specific biomarkers in urine, it can effectively predict and monitor the deterioration of a patient's kidney function over the subsequent 5 years, achieving true precision care and disease management.
